Awesome post-long run food (though you'll need more protein) - this is energy dense!
Grease 9x13 inch pan with coconut oil
Mix together in a large bowl the following:
In a large saucepan, bring the following to a low boil for 2-3 minutes:
Remove from heat and stir in the dry stuff. Dump into the greased pan and press firm. Cool well before cutting.
The mixture should feel slightly moist and sticky when working with it. If it’s too dry, it won’t stick together. You can always dump slightly less of the dry stuff in at first to ensure you don’t have too much dry. Stir that in and if it’s still really wet, you know you’re safe to add the last bit of dry.
Cool it in the fridge or freezer and then cut it up. I freeze it and it keeps really well (if you can stay away from it!)
